What it looks like
What it does
What you get
Six connected sheets in one Excel workbook that opens cleanly in Google Sheets: a Start Here sheet inside the file with instructions and the disclosure line, plus a separate written Start Here guide.
- Your Numbers - your monthly overhead lines, your take-home goal, weeks worked, hours available and billable share, with sample numbers for a solo cleaner already filled in.
- Rate Build - the hourly rate the numbers produce, shown step by step, plus a table comparing the rate at 50, 60, 70 and 80 percent billable.
- Minimum Charge - trip time, setup time and a minimum on-site time turned into a minimum charge for any job, with five small-job examples and a quote box for pricing a new job on the spot.
- Scenario - a Current column plus two scenario columns side by side, where each column changes only the input or inputs it is testing: a higher billable share, or an added helper's monthly cost and extra weekly hours.
- Dashboard - your hourly rate, minimum charge and the billable-share comparison in one place.
Fill in Your Numbers once, and Rate Build, Minimum Charge, Scenario and Dashboard all update from it.
Who it is for
A solo home services operator: a cleaner, landscaper, painter or handyman, working alone or with one or two helpers, who sets their own prices. It is sized for one crew and one set of books, not a multi-location company with several crews and a bookkeeper.
What it is not
This is not accounting, invoicing or scheduling software. It does not connect to your bank, a payment processor or a scheduling app, and it does not track the actual hours you work or send invoices. It does not know your local market rate: you still decide what a fair price is where you work. You update the input cells yourself, and nothing pulls in new numbers on its own. It prices your time, not materials, parts, or taxes.
